2. Services Provided
1000 Islands Design offers branding, graphic design, print design, web development, and professional photography services. We work with businesses and individuals to create custom design solutions tailored to their needs.
3. Pricing & Payments
All projects begin with a detailed quote based on the client’s requirements.
A 50% deposit is required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Payments are accepted via e-transfer, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Late payments may lead to project delays and incur additional fees.
4. Revisions & Approvals
Each project includes a set number of revisions, as outlined in the proposal.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.
Once final approval is given, any further modifications will be treated as a new project.
5. Project Timelines
We strive to meet all agreed deadlines; however, project timelines depend on prompt client feedback and cooperation.
Delays caused by a lack of communication from the client may lead to rescheduling or additional costs.
6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final deliverables as specified in the agreement.
1000 Islands Design retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
Raw design files (e.g., PSD, AI, RAW photos) can be provided upon request and may be subject to additional fees, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
If a project is canceled by the client before completion, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
If 1000 Islands Design must cancel the project for any reason, the client will receive a full refund of the deposit.
No refunds will be issued for work that has already been completed and delivered.
8. Limitation of Liability
1000 Islands Design is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of our services or deliverables.
We do not guarantee specific business results or outcomes from the use of our design, branding, or marketing services.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding project details, proprietary business information, and any sensitive data shared during the project.
